Only metres away from both the Royal North Shore Public and Private hospitals, we are a modern, multidisciplinary medical practice that offers a comprehensive range of primary health, specialist, and allied healthcare services, tailored to meet the diverse needs of the community.

Nestled within the recently opened North Shore Health Hub, we are also in very close proximity to a large number of specialist rooms, allied health clinics and pathology and radiology facilities.

This state-of-the-art facility seamlessly integrates with exceptional amenities, providing a welcoming atmosphere where the well-being of patients is the top priority.

The Northern Sydney Local Health District (NSLHD) where we are located, has a culturally diverse population and is ranked as the least socio-economically disadvantaged Primary Health Network in Australia.

The area is projected to experience a 20.3% population growth by 2031.

Culturally Diverse

Compared to the rest of NSW, Sydney’s North Shore has a larger proportion of the population born in countries culturally and linguistically different from Australia.

Education

48.4% of people aged 17 years or above have participated in tertiary education, and a number of NSW’s highest ranked selective high schools including North Sydney Boys and Girls High Schools are minutes away from our practice.

Socio-Economics

The NSLHD is ranked as the least socio-economically disadvantaged Primary Health Network in Australia. However, there are pockets of high socio-economic disadvantage that are obscure.

Health Statistics

Common health risks in the NSLHD population include obesity, alcohol use, and smoking, while mental health and behavioral problems affect 15.9 per 100 people aged 15 and above.

People aged 65 years and above make up 13.6% of the total population (10,853 people), increasing to 54.6% of the population by 2036.

Transport

Two new major railway stations located in North Sydney CBD and Crows Nest are expected to emerge as part of the NSW State Government’s Sydney Metro City and Southwest project.

Council Developments

The North Sydney Council has also published plans for extensive public infrastructure upgrades in St. Leonards, Crows Nest, Neutral Bay and Cremorne.

Parks and Recreation

Notable developments include the redevelopment of the North Sydney Olympic Pool at Milson’s Point and the construction of new cycling and walking paths in North Sydney.
